Terms & Conditions – Meckavo Sports & Infra Pvt. Ltd.
1. Taxes & Charges
• GST shall be additional as applicable.
• Transportation of materials will be charged extra.
2. Site & Soil Conditions
• The quoted cost assumes normal soil conditions.
• Any additional expenses due to hard rock, high water content, bio-degradable waste, building waste, or poor soil conditions will be chargeable separately and subject to client approval.
3. Client Responsibilities
• Provide site access for heavy trucks, erection equipment, and machinery.
• Provide water and electricity connections at the site.
• Arrange for initial leveling and compaction of the ground.
• Arrange for JCB and roller equipment as required.
• Supply aggregates as per specifications (40mm, 20mm, 6mm metal with ±10% variation).
• Provide secure storage space at site for materials at no additional cost.
• Handle unloading of materials, worker accommodation, food, and travel.
4. Payment Terms
• As per mutually agreed terms in the work order/contract.
• Interest @18% p.a. applicable if payment is delayed beyond 7 days from due date.
5. General Conditions
• Goods/services once sold or executed are non-returnable and non-refundable.
