Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We take utmost care to ensure all products are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below. 

Return window:

Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Non-defective returns:

Returns for non-defective products are accepted provided that:

  1. The product is unused
  2. The product is in original condition and packaging
  3. The product is not customized, cut to size, or made to order

Certain large or logistics-heavy products may not be eligible for non-defective returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

Upon verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement or exchange of the affected product, or
  • Refund for the affected item, where replacement or exchange is not possible

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, return shipping will be borne by Meckavo Sports & Infra Pvt. Ltd.

For approved non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Unapproved or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds for defective or incorrect products will be processed after inspection.
  • Refunds for approved non-defective returns will be issued after verification.
  • No refunds are offered for customized or made-to-order products.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable at all stages.
